To avoid ending up with a fragrance you do not like, We have made 20ml mini versions of each fragrance for bigger version purchases of 60 ml& 120ml versions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Returns \/ replacement will be only accepted for product received are damaged\/ defective by the customer and that would require a clear video of the unpacking. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Due to health reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on fragrances where the packaging has been opened or used.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Shipping cost is non-refundable for returned, undelivered, unclaimed and packages that are refused. Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded. The only exception to this is if we have made a shipping error. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You\u2019ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
